The purpose of this program is to awaken and enhance the social responsibility of the elites among younger generation. In this program, eminent interns from Fortune 500 are organized into one-to-one communication activities with the children of poor migrant workers’ in the weekends. Each participant is supposed to spend four days with a poor child under the lower-level living conditions. During the four days, close contact and friendship will be established within interns and children. While understanding the difficulty of life, these young adults may light up the future of the poor children by building up the lifelong relationship. In the summer of 2010, SEO China Charity Group plan to recruit a total of 100 volunteers

Such relationship is beneficial to those poor children as it would expose them to more opportunities and help them keep up with the pace of the fast developing society with the support offered by an elder brother or sister. At the same time, our future leaders may also learn the spirit of perseverance from these children, realize the essential role they should play when serving the unprivileged group, and pass on the mission of charity from generation to generation.
